- COURSE OBJECTIVES By the completion of this course the participant will be able to ; a) Gain a good understanding on Retail Pharmacy inventory management optimization including understanding of inventory calculations, prevention of dead stock or where applicable accelerated liquidation b) Application of key concepts in inventory management including technological and analytics application c) Learn about Planogram application as part of product mix optimization based on sales trend d) Gain the latest tactics that can be applied in retail pharmacy outlets to reduce dead stock and revenue loss from sick inventory management Certification a) Participants who complete the course and attain a pass mark of at least 80% will get the required CPD points as approved by Pharmacy and Poisons Board b) An electronic certificate of completion will also be shared to participants that meet above criteria which can be downloaded.
